Return/Refund Policy

Please note: In addition to the following methods of returning/exchanging/refunds via the mail, you may do the following in person with an authorized representative at a function of the Chicago Church of Christ. Please email us about your situation and ask about how to contact an authorized representative.

If you would like to return a CD it must be unopened - still in the shrink wrap. You are responsible for return postage. You will be refunded the price of the CD only - not the shipping/handling fee.

Sorry, we are not responsible for goods damaged during shipping. All our products are inspected before shipping and are mailed in cushioned mailers for protection.

If you would like to exchange a defective product, please mail the product COD and a new product will be mailed to you. We will cover your shipping expenses up to $2.00 per CD item.
